At Space Bites, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality freeze-dried snacks, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before proceeding with any returns or refund requests.

Conditions for Returns, Refunds, or Exchange:

  • The product must be sealed and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please take clear photos of the issue and send them to us along with your order details.

Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed due to the nature of our products (food items). For hygienic and safety reasons, returns are only accepted for unopened, non-consumed items in their original packaging.

Returns

We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there was an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to request a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow # business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Refund Conditions:

  • A full refund will be issued if the return is due to our error (damaged goods, incorrect order, etc.).
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with taste or texture once the product has been opened or consumed.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
